How do I check when my license expires?

assuming you posted in the wrong forum and have an individual subscription:

yes, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel after your 12th payment (if you have a monthly payment plan).  and that's how (count the payments made) to determine when to cancel.

if you paid once, the subscription will renew 1 year after your payment; cancel a few days prior to that date, if you want to cancel.
