Question

How do I find the date my plan expires to avoid cancellation fees?

My plan is an annual plan, paid monthly. I had no idea this was the case in all honesty, as I've had it for so long. Since we are in cost of living crisis, I am needing to cut back. Currently, I'm hit with a £150+ cancelleation fee if I cancel now, but can't see when my plan would "expire" and "renew" itself (if that makes sense) so I can't work out if it's more cost-effective for me to stay or cancel now.

How do I see this information please?

the fine is equal to 1/2 the monthly cost x the months remaining.  ie, months remaining = 2 x 150/(monthly cost).

if that's not clear, what is your monthly cost?

Click “Manage Plan” and you get a screen like this:

My plan renews on December 14th, so I would need to cancel at latest on December 13th.

As the early termination fee is half of the remaining due, and if you do not use your plan, it is more economical to cancel now!
