How do I get a refund?
I used Adobe Acrobat AI about a year ago, and cancelled before the free trial was over. Then I noticed that there were still payments coming out of my account despite the cancellation. Cancelled the subscription again (this time in May of last year).
The payments kept on coming out of my account.
I have now cancelled the subscription for a third time. I’ve multiple confirmation emails of the subscription being cancelled, I’ve taken screenshots.
Where/who do I talk to to get a refund because has gone on for far too long.
