How do I get a refund for subscriptions I canceled the day I was charged?

I don't know where to ask for a refund. The ai virtual assistant said I had no pending refund requests but I can't find where to request for one. Both of the subscriptions were canceled. Will I just get my refunds automatically? I canceled them before 14 days after they were renewed.

You have 14 days to cancel after you FIRST start a subscription

I if you did not cancel after the 12th monthly payment, so your subscription automatically renewed, you will not get a refund... you will, in fact, have to pay 1/2 of the subscription time for cancelling before your new renewal date
