How do I pause my subscription?

I just paid for monthly subscription today and it says its 2 days left. Why am i being charged for December 2021 and i never even used the apps for the whole month?

How do i pause the subscription when i don't need it? Why give me access to an application i haven't even paid for when you can just deactivate it?

Did i select the wrong monthly subscription? You can't send an invoice when i didn't request for the product.

Hi @10923544,

There is no feature of pausing the subscription. Whichever plan you purchase the charge will happen without break for the whole period irrespective of whether you use the application or not. There is no way for Adobe to check whether you use the app or not, and even if they could check it's good that they don't do it for privacy sake. So if you don't have need for the plan the only option you have is cancelling it(do mind you will have to pay cancellation fees if you subscribed the annual plan). For the future purchase the monthly plan, it is costly but you can cancel during the month and will incur no cancellation fees.

You underestimate how much money inactivity makes and that inactivity is a metric that they track no matter what. Has nothing to do with privacy. This is just profit maximization.

what evidence do you have for, "..inactivity is a metric that they track.."?
