How do I stop paying for Acrobat Standard, when I have Acrobat pro

So why does Adobe allow you to inadvertently sign up for multiple means of accessing the same application, and still charge you for each access subscription, then at cancellation, threaten to end access to your files, and finally, offer you free service till end of the subscription period? What a scam I have never liked Adobe business practices; products obviously are good but man the front office is all about get ‘em and screw ‘em…
