Question
How do I talk to a real person? I'm being charged monthly for an account that is blocked
Everytime I attempt to log into my account, (I've created a new one to post this message), I get an 'access denied' page. I can't use Adobe CC services OR cancel my account, yet I've still been charged for months!
Help! I've been trying to contact an actual real person at Adobe who can help, but I just get sent to the same generic toubleshooting service page everytime!
