How do I use a SKU to install Adobe Creative Cloud?

My digital art course recommended we purchase our Adobe Creative Cloud subscription from Collegebuys.Org and I have received an SKU which I am uncertain about how to use in order to gain access to Adobe Creative Cloud, I have an assignment due Tuesday utilizing the program so I would appreciate figuring out how I'm supposed to utilize this thing in order to get the program I need for the course.
