How do you exit adobe? I have no use, presently and I get to pay a penalty for exiting. Do I have to pay a penalty? I have to pay £17 about a month. Rather would I give that to charity. What is this adobe? I have tried to exit twice.

I have tried to cancel adobe.

I have no use of adobe since, very long.

I cannot do so why? Do I have to pay a penalty as in buying the software?

you have to cancel all adobe subscriptions to “exit” adobe.  that process (and its cost) depends on your subscription type, subscription duration, your current payment status and possibly other factors.  details:

    Hi @detailed_handsb986

Thank you for reaching out to the community. We understand that you’ve been trying to cancel a subscription you no longer use and would like some clarity on the process.

After checking your account, we can see that your Acrobat Standard subscription has been active for approximately 1 year and 5 months. We also see an outstanding payment on the account, which is currently affecting the cancellation process.

Regarding your question about a cancellation charge, this depends on your subscription type and the applicable cancellation terms.

You can also take a look at the cancellation links provided by our Community Expert, Kglad, below for more information.

Thank you, @kglad , for sharing these helpful resources.

We hope this helps provide some clarity. If you have any further questions, please feel free to let us know. We’re happy to help.

If your payment method has problems then you will have to correct it before being able to cancel. Check the following article

    For plan details check https://account.adobe.com/plans

You may or may not be levied a cancellation fees and may be eligible for a refund as well. For details check https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html
