I need clarification if someone have an answer for me.

  • Do I have to create an account for everything related to Adobe?
  • I have an Adobe Account (so I have a password for it), then
  • I have signed for an Account for the Adobe Community (and created a password), then
  • I been asked to create an account (and a password) for Photoshop Group, and
  • I been asked to create an account (nd a password) for becoming a member of Behance

 So... I am confused!  🤪

How many accounts and passwords do I need to have to be able to access and participate among the different groups of Adobe and Adobe products?????

Can someone please, clarify this for me?  Can I use ONE for all or do I need ONE for EACH?

Thank you 🙏 in advance for your help on this,

You only need an Adobe id, but you may need to setup and login separately as the platforms are independent. Your community account for example has a nickname, thar you choose freely and does not need to be your real name.

You can however also use the free services with a different id, only paid services need to be connected to your paid account.

The Photoshop community is, if I remember well, not that integrated with your Adobe id. So I suppose you need a separate sign-up.

You need to know that the Community platform here and the Photoshop community are both third party products that are operated by third parties on behalf of Adobe.

Behance is a product also operating outside of the standard Adobe Cloud products.

So all of those have kind of an own user management, with different interconnections.

How the hell do you post a new suggestion. I've been on the page for 10 minutes and can't figure out how to create a new post.

Thanks Abambo, you provided some good info, but just now, in order to reply to your response, I had to sign with my Adobe Account email and pwd. So at least, the Adobe Customer Acct & the Community are linked. Now, I just have to create a different login name and password for each of the subgroups, like Photoshop and Behance.  There seems to be a lot of redundancy, but as long as is made clear to new members, that should be ok. I think I could deal with it.

Thanks for taking the time to respond to my question!

Just to confirm about the link between the Adobe Account and the Adobe Support Community, here is a capture:
