How to cancel?

I was charged SGD 40.60 and SGD 9.46 by Adobe on 31 Oct 2025, for the free trial which lasted 1 week. However, when I tried to cancel the trial, I was unable to cancel as there was no link for me to click to Cancel.

How do I cancel when there is no link to cancel under "Plans"?

The FAQ said that you have to go to "Plans" and select "Manage Plans" and then select "Cancel your plan".

 

However, when I click on "Plans", there is no "Manage Plans". It instead says "You have no paid plans". So, how did I get charged SGD 40.60 and SGD 9.46 by Adobe?

The 2 amounts are because, i signed up for a 7-day free trial for Adobe (S$40.60) and AI Assistant (S$9.46).

I was unable to cancel the free trial, which resulted in me getting charged the above fees. 

Now, my bigger concern is that it will continue to charge me on a monthly basis, as I am unable to cancel this Adobe subscription.

 

Is anyone able to tell me how I can cancel this? I am very concerned about how poor the user-friendliness of Adobe is.

    check your account, https://account.adobe.com

    what's it show?

    eg, any payment problems,?

    if so, that must be corrected (https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html) before cancellation can proceed.
