I keep getting monthly payments of 29,99 + 6,30 € on my Paypal account with this description:
Item # 65183840 PPRO,ALL,MLP,DRI01,MUE,001,N/A,1 MO DSP. See added screenshot for the account details mentioned on the Paypal account.

I did not have an active Adobe account since 2022, I just created a new account to be able to post this message here.

I have never received any invoice related to this payment.I want to stop this subscription I appear to be having but have no way to contact Adobe either by phone or by e-mail.

Who can help me to get this resolved or where can I contact a human being? Not a website with useless links to solve FAQ's.

contact adobe support to find out what's going on with those charges. (and if they are the result of fraudulent use of your credit card, report to your credit card issuer.)  there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
