How to cancel a plan. Do I have to pay the cancellation fee now?
Hello, I have a problem with my Adobe subscription. A month ago I activated ai illustrator trial version for myself for a week , I canceled the trial version and thought I was cancelling the whole plan. And it turned out that I activated the annual fleece and it continues to work. In fear of a fee I turned off my bank card at the bank. I can not find a way to contact adobe company. Does anyone know where the best place to hit? There is no hotline from Poland, which is where I'm from and I'm having trouble getting in touch. I tried to contact the chatbot then the chatbot directed me to a page I can cancel this plan and they are punishing me with a cost of about 125euro. Is there any option to not incur this cost? I didn't use the option from ai illustrator at all. I needed it to combine photos for my goddaughter for her birthday and now I have to pay for such a stupid mistake?:(
