How to cancel a plan for an account based on a disabled email?

A few years ago, I signed up for a CC plan via my school email. This email has since been disabled by the school administration, but Adobe has continued to charge me for my plan even though I have no way of cancelling it directly. Is there any way that I can deactivate this plan without access to its account?
