I had an employee use my business credit card for a subscription. He no longer works here and I keep getting charged because I am being told they need to speak to the employee or have him cancel it. I have no way to do that. How can I cancel the usage of my credit card for a subscription under somone elses name who doesnt work here anymore???? I am this close to disputing and getting a new credit card number to block the charges.

then contact your bank and report the issue.  that will cause problems for the subscriber, but if don't do that you will be on the hook, not just for the current subscription, but also for subscription renewals and anything they add to their subscription.

In the future (and for other business owners)

1 use your credit card buy a TEAM subscription that you own and assign to an employee

-team plans https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html?plan=team

2 have the employee use his/her credit card and pay them each month

if you've already contacted adobe support, there's nothing more to add here.  did you discuss with adobe support?
