How to cancel my adobe plan, please help

I'm having adobe photography plan for about 5months.I want to cancel it because I won't use it in that month.I have a inscription about:

An early cancellation fee will be charged:
€ 43.02
So when I can cancel it ,I checked it at the beginning of the month and at the end and I have the same inscription 
Why I hve to paid,adobe withdraws money from my card every month.What can I do
