then you must cancel your trial.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

Then Adobe is actually scamming people and it should be stopped. Like I said they don't give you the cancellation option even within the 14 day period. And it's not only myself saying this . There are so many people experiencing this. Please advise which organisation I can report this to?

    Hi @Enchanting_Radiancea248,

I reviewed your account details and can confirm that all Adobe subscriptions linked to your account have been canceled, and a refund has been initiated.

Refund processing times can vary depending on your payment provider, so it may take some time before the amount reflects in your account. I’d advice to wait for 10-14 days.

If you have any questions or need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out. We're here to help.

    HI Shivangi Gupta

Please can you assist me with cancelling my subscription. I tried to edit a PDF and the signed up for the free trial. However, the document I wanted to edit , it was not allowing me to.  So I tried to cancel the subscription within a few hours. And did not show me the cancellation option. I logged into the account, when to manage account, but there was no cancellation option. Now i get Adobe trying to debit my credit card every other day. and its costing me on bank charges.

I feel its unfair and not ethical to say you can cancel the subscription on and then not have that option, I am sure so many people are experiencing the same thing.

    Kindly assist me.

    Thanks.

    Shabier

no one here can cancel for you.  if you don’t see the cancellation option, it usually means there’s a payment problem.  that problem has to be fixed before you can cancel.  see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html to fix the problem.

if there’s no payment problem, you may have trialed an annual subscription paid annually.  that will also make cancellation early impossible.

once cancellation is possible make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
