How to cancel my plan

Hello!

I hav had a sttudent plan for one year now and it changed to a normal plan. Ive been memmber for one year and now i want to cancel since i cant afford it. When ttrying tto cancel the plan i had tto pay a fee. I cant find informattion on when my plan is going to run out or how long im bound to the plan. What can i do?

Subscriptions automatically renew, so since your plan has renewed you either pay the fee or contact support

if you pay once per year, your plan ends 1 year after your payment. if you're paying monthly for an annual plan, your year ends after your 12th payment which is the optimal time to cancel if you want to prevent the auto-renewal and utilize your full subscription.
