How to cancel my subscription

Hola, tuve el mismo inconveniente, puse mi tarjeta para plan gratuito, se intento cancelar pero no dejaba y se genero un cobro no autorizado, me comunique con servicio al cliente y ya lo cancelaron pero no devolvieron el dinero ya que indican que este no les aparece a ellos, lo que me parece fatal no hacer el proceso completo de devolución cuando evidentemente el error es de ustedes
