How to cancel order when support does not work?

I can not manage my subscription, since it has never shown on my subscriptions page. I want to finally cancel my order, but support page doesn't work. What to do?

Try logging in from a different web device that does not have script blockers. Make sure you're logged-in with the correct user ID and password.
