How to cancel plan from forgotten subscription or transfer to new one?

Hello. How can I cancel my old subscription plan? The problem is that the system cannot find my old subscription, and I don't remember it either. Or can I somehow transfer it to a new account? Because now I am paying for a plan that I am not receiving. 😞
