Your free trial will automatically convert to a paid plan on day 8 at which point you can cancel online.  With a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers, please log-in to your account portal below.  Click on Manage Plans > Cancel

You have until day 14 to cancel without penalty fees and request a full refund.
