How to cancel when I cannot login
I used a free trial of Adobe Stock for about a month. I thought I had canceled it for after the end of the month, but then it kept going and I was charged. I think I downloaded 2 or 3 songs during that free trial. I was using it for business purposes.
Fast forward to now. I was able to pause my subscription for a few months, but it just started back up again. In those few months, I no longer have my business and no longer have the email address that I signed up under. So now I'm unable to accsess the account at all because I had signed in using gmail, but the email no longer exists.
I cannot find any contact information to get help. I'm not sure what to do at this point, but I'm desparately needing to end my subscription as I simply do not have funds for it at this time.
