How to Change/Cancel Enterprise Plan

I am using an Enterprise Creative Cloud plan which I received from my college, even though I graduated a few years ago. About a month ago, I tried upgrading to a different plan in order to get more storage, which I thought went through at first. But when I go to my profile, nothing has changed and it doesn't give me the option to change my plan. However, I'm still getting charged $64 a month for my upgrade, even though nothing has changed. Is there a way I can either get more storage through this plan, or cancel it so I stop getting charged?

As checked, you have an active enterprise plan and an individual Creative Cloud Pro plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query.

Please note that the enterprise plan is managed by your university, and you are not being charged for it. The individual Creative Cloud Pro plan is a paid subscription, and you are being billed for that separately.

To access your plans:

  • Select the personal profile when logging in to use your individual plan.

  • Select the school or work profile when logging in to use the enterprise plan.

Regarding your query, the enterprise plan cannot be cancelled by you directly, as it is administered by your university. If you wish to be removed from the Admin Console, you will need to contact your institution’s administrator. You can refer to this document for help in identifying your admin:
