How to change e-mail adress on mobile app? / Mobile subscription on PC?

Couple months ago i bought Adobe PS on Google Play, but the subscription's registered e-mail adress is unavailable for me rn, so i want to change the e-mail adress on my mobile Adobe PS. Cant find a way to do it so, can someone help me how to do it?

And also I want to ask, can i log in with my mobile account on PC to use my mobile PS subscription, or do i need another one for pc?

I want to use my mobile account's PS license on my PC too, so im wondering can i use my mobile accounts license on PC? The subscription made by Google Play, so i was wondering if there would be any problem.
