How to change our Adobe account from one owner into another without losing anything

It is necessary for health reasons to change our Adobe CC acount name from one person to another. Is there a way to do this safely without losing services or data

    OUR account implies you have a multi-user Teams or Enterprise Plan.  To Change the contract owner: Go to your Teams/Enterprise  Admin Console > Account, click Change beside current contract owner.
