How to change paid plan to studen plan

Hi, I am a university student who had an adobe account previous to enrollment. The university I attend offers coverage of Adobe creative cloud and all apps for free, so I have been attempting to change my account over, and failing. I had changed the email in my account from my personal to my school email, but that didn't seem to work. Along with this, it seems that my student email is now connected to two seperate adobe accounts, 1 being the default school account, and the 2nd being my original account that now carries my adobe email. When I go to change my plan and browse plans, the student plan isn't there. Does anyone have recommendations for how I should either transfer my old files into the new student account or change the plan of my original account that was personal now turned school email account?
