How to change payment plan from Monthly to Annually

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to change my payment plan from monthly to annual, but there doesn't appear to be any option for doing this on the "Change Plan" page:

Not quite sure where else I should look. Any help would be appreciated.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
