How to change phone number used for verification and how to transfer license to another account?

Hello.

I have 2 problems at work.

The first one is that I want when I log in and receive a 6-digit verification code to be received to a new phone number. How do I switch the phone numbers?

The second one is that I want to transfer the license of Substance Painter from my personal account to the organization account. After I type my username and password for the e-mail I get 2 options "Organization" and "Personal" and we bought Substance Painter by mistake from Personal instead of Organization. How do I transfer the license to the "Organization" account?
