yes, cancel each subscription that would be duplicated once you have an all apps plan.

BUT if you see that you're going to be charged an early cancellation fee, contact adobe support so they can reverse that.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
