How to Contact Adobe Support?

Hello,

I am unable to update my credit card information (keep getting "Something went wrong" message). Is there an actual way to contact support? The post below that claims to route you to help, just goes round and round on the help page with no option to actually speak to someone (I am signed in, by the way).

It is incredible that this is so difficult.

Never mind, I found someone (presumably) on the Twitter page. Might consider making it slightly easier to have people pay you money, as I was 5 minutes away from just cancelling my account. Just a thought.

Online chat is available in English 24/7.
In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter key and wait for a human.
Alternately, phone customer service M-F during normal business hours.
