I have been going round in circles trying to contact Billing.

Is there not a simple email address or ticket system so that I can contact them?

I want to dispute my current Adobe subscription and the ₹6,823.35 early cancellation fee.

My original subscription was approximately ₹700 per month. I did not authorize or knowingly agree to change/upgrade my plan to the current higher-priced plan of around ₹1,500 per month.

I am now being asked to pay ₹6,823.35 as an early cancellation fee, even though I did not knowingly authorize the plan change that resulted in this higher commitment.

Please review my account's subscription history, plan-change records, billing history, and the consent/authorization associated with the plan change.

I request that you:

  1. Reverse the unauthorized plan change,
  2. Remove the ₹6,823.35 early cancellation fee, and
  3. Cancel my subscription without any further charge.

If you believe I authorized this change, please provide me with the date, exact plan-change details, and the authorization/confirmation associated with that change.

Please escalate this to a billing supervisor if necessary.

Hi @talented_Whirl9e7f

We appreciate you reaching out. Upon reviewing your account details, I found that your CC Pro Education plan got renewed today. Has it been purchased mistakenly? Do you wish to proceed with cancellation? Did you contact our support team regarding this?

Let us know.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
