I was supposed to be able to get a 7 day free trial but for some reasom my bank or google, not sure which,  won't let me sign up for trials and save my card on file. Instead i had to purchase for a month.  After about 20 minutes,  i realized reader edit doesn't do what it appeared and i cancelled it the same night. I tried getting a refund with google play store, and shouldve been able to since i cancelled within 48 hours, but I guess since i paid aand wont have the service end until the month is up, i got screwed. How do i request a refund???

If you purchased through the Google Play Store, you will have to contact them.

If purchased from Adobe, please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

I cancelled my subscription but still got charged ₹786.98.

I need a refund for this charge.

Please check and process the refund immediately.

Did you purchase from Adobe directly?

How and when did you cancel?

    See here:

    and here:

You need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.

Hi, I was charged ₱600 today (April 8, 2026) via GCash for an Adobe subscription. I only intended to avail of the free trial, but I was accidentally auto-charged because I wasn’t able to cancel it in time.

I have already canceled my plan today, and I understand that I am still within the 14-day refund period. I would like to formally request a full refund for this charge.

Also, I’m having difficulty finding a proper link or support page where I can officially submit a refund request. Could you please enlighten me how to formally request a refund.
