How to convert All Apps annual plan paid monthly to paid annually

Question

I am currently subscribed to Creative Cloud All Apps, Annual plan, paid monthly. I wish to convert to the same plan, but prepaid anually. I see an offer available through the end of the month that allows me to buy into an annual prepaid plan, but that purchase is not supported because I already own Creative Cloud All Apps. It doesn't appear that I can convert from paid monthly to paid anually. Can anyone help?
