How to do nothing to get Adobe to lock out your account?

A few weeks ago I paid for a subscription for yyphotographer with Ps and Lightroom plans.
A couple days ago I get a message that my account has been blocked for fraudulent activity.
The payment was from my card, from my account for personal freelance work. I did not commit any illegal actions, which I reported to support.
I was told that they will not comment on anything. And I can still buy a subscription from them with a discount. To me it then blocked, what is this nonsense?
I have asked several times to understand and each time I get the same answer.
My work has stopped and I no longer have any desire to buy anything from this company. I will tell all my friends freelancers about it.

As I posted above, I contacted support but did not get it. I just got a template reply several times that my account was blocked, and I offered to give them the money again.
I want to bring the problem to the public and make it public. So that this does not happen, I will do this through social networks and my friends.
