How to get back portfolio after subscription got cancelled?

I made a portfolio for my work and was using it for the past one year under my school. After I graduated, the subscription got cancelled and Adobe Portfolio also deleted my portfolio. I want to get access to the same one after payment renew. Is there a way to do it?
