How to get in touch with Admin support re VAT on photography plan?

Hi I have looked all over my online account and cannot see way to do  / or get in touch with someone from Adobe to help with change of VAT change of details. 

Can adobe staff please send me an email or livechat link so I can change details please.

You won't find an email address, but there should be a Chat window in the lower right in the above link.

 

If it's not there, try the link to auto-open the Chat:

      Can't be done here in the user to user forums. You must contact Adobe directly:
