Hello,
My Adobe Firefly Standard free trial ended yesterday and I was charged USD 9.99. I cancelled the plan immediately.
The charge is very recent and I would like to request a refund, but I cannot connect to a live agent.
Can someone guide me on how to get urgent refund support?

refunds are automatic if you qualify.  they take up to 14 days.  meanwhile,  check your account to confirm it shows what you expect, https://account.adobe.com

You must cancel BEFORE the trial ends, cancelling after the trial ends means you have a subscription
