How to get refund

I used Adobe trial in June, then I connected my payment account to Adobe, then on the 7th of August this year when my pocket money was sent to my e-wallet, suddenly my balance was deducted by Adobe, and the next payment will be paid on August 10, I am really confused I don't have any more money, how can I get a refund, please help me to refund

Cancellation of the plan is a prerequisite for a refund and that has to be done explicitly. Refunds are made if the cancellation is done within 14 days of the initial subscription. See the following articles for more details
