How to make a complaint without going through their hopeless Customer Support team?
Does anyone know how to register a formal complaint without going through their customer support team, who are famously useless?
I have been charged twice by Adobe this month, and nobody has been able to tell me why. One of these payments looks suspicious.
I've spoken to two agents about this via chat, and they simply ended the conversation before doing anything about it.
I then reached out to their Phishing Team, because as per the description on their site, to see if they could help, but they told me to talk to the Customer Support team.
I'm cancelling my bank card, issuing a charge-back and ending my Adobe account, but wondering how I can make a formal complaint about this. Anyone had any luck?
One is for a payment of $44, which is my normal monthly subscription fee. The second is the suspicious one-off charge for $80 and the payment details on my bank statement look suspicious.
