How to refund a license?

Hi Everyone,
 
I accidentally bought an adobe illustrator and photoshop license -($45.18) thinking it was the actual illustrator and photoshop, how do I refund it? I went to manage subscriptions and looked at videos and everything but it looks like a different process than the 'normal packages'. 
I also cant find any helpline or any way to answer my question, so please let me know! I bought the package today and want to reach out ASAP so that they don't say I've had the subscription for a while.

First, Illustrator and Photoshop have only been sold by subscription since 2013.

Cancellation fee and refunds

A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn if you get a refund when you cancel.
