How to remove a computer from my subscription

I have a computer that is no longer in service. I need to remove the Adobe activation from it in order to activate on another as I am only allowed 2. I've danced around my account for 45 minutes looking for how to do this but the instructions or locations the activations are held is nowhere to be found. Please help me out here, thank you,
