How to request cancellation of subscription and refund

Dear Adobe Customer Support,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing regarding an automatic annual subscription charge that was recently billed to my GCASH account for my Adobe Acrobat Pro annual subscription.

Regretfully, I would like to inform you that I only wanted to try the app and its full benefits for a month and assess whether i will wish to continue my subscription. I may have overlooked the automatic subscription setting and did not intend to apply the 1 year subscription as shown in the current billing period.

In this regard, I respectfully request the cancellation of my 1 year subscription, change it to the 1 month subscription and would also like to request consideration for a refund of the recent charge made to my GCASH account (see attached).

Please let me know if any additional information is needed from my end, aside from my account details, registered email address or transaction reference number, to facilitate the review of my request.

Email: ******
GCASH Account: *******

Thank you for your kind consideration on this matter.

Best Regards,

Kysha Angeline Magdaraog

Hi Precious_Mercury7766, we understand how frustrating it can be to be charged for a subscription that you didn't expect.

If you did not intend to purchase an annual plan, please follow the steps in the linked article to cancel your subscription. If you're within 14 days of the initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund under Adobe's cancellation policy.

If you have any questions during the process, feel free to let us know. We're happy to help.

    Thanks
