Hello how can I request for refund I forgot to cancel my subscription using my gcash and they auto debit the money just today. I really need that money. Hope someone can help because I dont see an option to request it manually. Thank you.

Refunds are available only if the subscription is cancelled within the first 14 days of purchase.
Based on your account details, you currently have two active subscriptions, Adobe Acrobat Pro and the AI Assistant for Acrobat which have been active for over a month. As a result, these plans are outside the 14-day refund window and are not eligible for a refund.
Since these are monthly plans, you can cancel them at any time without any early termination fee. You can follow the steps in this guide to cancel your subscription:
