How to request refund?

I no longer need my Adobe plan.

I was charged nearly $600 for my annual plan on August 14, 2024.
I have not used the programs & canceled my plan, but want a refund for the year 2024 because I just got charged for the year recently.

I tried reading comments on here & the chat bot, but there is no email or phone number to contact or clear information of how to request a refund.

I would be very grateful for some help.

I am a new grad and $600 is a lot of money.

you can make your case to adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
