How to stop receiving unsolicited daily 6 cipher codes from Adobe?

Hi

 

As the title suggests, I have been receiving an unsolicited 6 cipher code from Adobe, by phone text message, for 4 days straight (so far). I receive the codes at the exact same time each day (11.36 Central European Time). The codes are sent from the same number that I have gotten the codes from when I did solicit them by logging in on a new machine, etc.

 

Is this an error from Adobe - or is this someone trying to gain access to my account?

 

In any case, not sure what I should do. I think two-factor authentication is a good thing, but getting a daily text is kind of annoying.

No chat field was available on Chrome, even with my AdBlocker disabled, but it worked in Microsoft Edge.

Got in touch with a person within a minute using the AGENT code, and they pointed me in the right direction.

Seems my secondary computer (laptop, which I thought was in deep hibernation) had opened a ton of Adobe authorization windows *after* I closed it. That has been remedied and now I am hoping to not receive any texts tomorrow.

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
