how to transfer program from one account to another

I started by buying photoshop on my ipad with my apple id account then switched to pc. Once i switched to pc i purchased acrobat but used my email account for that purchase. Is there any way to transfer my photoshop from my apple id account to my email account?

What happened when you clicked on the link. Ideally the page that open up shows a chat window after sometime. If it does not work then you could try chaning your browser/computer/network.

HI @Clinton.B,I don't think there is any such facility of merging accounts. The process would be cancelling the subscription on one ID and then subscribing to it from the other. Now this cancel/sub process could entail a cancellation fees if done on your own.
