How to upgrade cloud storage without ending a plan?

I don't have the option to upgrade to a 1TB cloud storage plan (see screenshot), but it is possible as part of other plans, as some other screenshots in other help articles show. I also don't want to end my current plan, but rather extend it with more storage.

I'm also unsure how to contact support, since all the links lead back to other help articles (see other screenshots). Does anybody have a suggestion? Thanks 🙂

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
