how to use student discount , when already have full CC plan

I have valid subscription, and now I am studying at university and have student discount via Mecenat, but how can I use the discount ? There is now place to enter the discount code under My profile. Anyone knows?

Student rates are offered under a separate academic discount plan. You would need to cancel your current plan first. And if you're eligible, re-subscribe under the Student/Teacher plan. Some restrictions apply. See below.
