Hi everyone, I have been trying to search for someone from adobe to help me with my issue, via a dutch website, they had various softwares and I was also looking for Adobe CC paying without a creditcard, and I have accidently purchased the Teachers/Students subscription, but I want to the standard one since I am not a student, I am freelancer.

Is there any way to switch my licenese key to standard subscription and i will also pay the difference of the price as well.

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html

if that link fails to help you change plan without penalty, contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
